  • The first thing to take note of this flavor is the bright pink color, which actually comes from the hibiscus! Next up is the aroma: right away you will notice the fragrant, sweet yet tart grapefruit as the primary flavor. Going a little deeper into the aroma, there are some sweet floral tones from the hibiscus and a little spice from the dried ginger root. The last potential part of the aroma comes from the heather, which often presents itself as a strawberry, with a sweet/tart like flavor. Next, the flavor profile: the first thing to note is the grapefruit juice and pith flavor. This is interesting because depending on the grapefruits — coastal or desert — it can be a little sweeter or a little more bitter, although we do our best to keep the flavor within a certain degree of consistency.
